Larry is a founding partner of the firm and concentrates in complex commercial financing transactions, including commercial lending, public finance and asset-backed securities. Mr. Hyre devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the representation of borrowers and financial institutions in connection with a wide variety of both single-lender and syndicated commercial financing transactions.
Mr. Hyre has over 30 years experience in every aspect of commercial real estate transactions including acquiring, selling, developing, leasing and financing transactions for office buildings, multi-family projects, shopping centers and hotels.
Larry received his preparatory education at West Virginia University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1969. He then received his Juris Doctor Degree from West Virginia University in 1972. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi Fraternity. He is a member of Sate Bar of Georgia, The West Virginia Bar Association; American Bar Association; Atlanta Bar Association and Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, Larry moved to Atlanta 35 years ago. He and his wife Sharon are active in the community with many affiliations.
